Her responsibilities included frequent interaction with in-house and outside counsel which sparked her interest in the legal industry. She left the workforce to raise her three sons until 2010 when she joined Partners In Law as a Talent Acquisition Manager. Laurie thoroughly enjoys working as a legal industry recruiter and specializes in placing attorneys at the Partner, Counsel, and Associate levels in all practice areas.
Joan Morelli, Talent Acquisition Manager Tel: +1 609 915 8273 Email: jmorelli@partnersil.com Joan was an Account Executive in national TV advertising sales with Cox Communications (Formerly TeleRep Inc.) and then Disney/ABC in her early career. Like Laurie, she left the business to stay home with her three children and began her second career in legal recruiting in 2007. Joan now has 15 years of experience in legal recruiting for Partner, Counsel, and Associate level attorneys, as well as all facets of law firm support including administrative roles, marketing, accounting, and IT from entry-level to C-Suite.
